Legal Jurisdiction

All the disputes and differences whatsoever arriving out of this program, whether during its term or after completion thereof or prior shall be referred to the sole Arbitration of a person to be nominated by NIBM, an initiative of Big Edutech Ltd. whose decision shall be final on every matter arising hereunder.

It is expressly agreed that the student shall not raise any objection. The sole Arbitrator is nominated by the NIBM. The venue of the arbitration shall be at Chennai and the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 shall apply.
